Biography

Tanice M. Rainey is the paralegal and office manager at Peters & Roberge, and a central part of the firm’s daily work. When you call the office, she is often the first person you speak with. She answers phones, schedules meetings, and handles the administrative details that keep the office running and clients connected with their attorneys.

Her role takes both organization and an understanding of people. Whether she is finding a time for a meeting, passing along a question, or helping someone work out what the office needs from them, Tanice helps make the process more manageable. Her work gives our attorneys the support they need to focus on clients’ legal matters.

Tanice’s prior paralegal work included preparing legal documents, organizing case files, handling court filings, and maintaining calendars for hearings, deadlines, and client appointments. She has supported attorneys in family law and other practice areas, gaining experience coordinating with clients, attorneys, and court staff across a range of legal matters.

Tanice’s background also includes banking, real estate, and publicity, with work that involved answering questions, handling sensitive information, and helping people through difficult conversations. She values listening carefully and treating people with patience and respect. Her community involvement has included fundraising leadership and volunteering with a student food pantry.
