Biography

Lynn Ward is an experienced trial attorney whose practice has included criminal defense, juvenile defense, personal injury, housing law, debt collection, public benefits, and other civil matters. She has represented clients from initial intake through negotiations, court proceedings, administrative hearings, and jury trials.

Before joining Peters & Roberge, Lynn served as a staff attorney with Pine Tree Legal Assistance, representing low-income clients facing eviction and other barriers to safe and stable housing. She previously spent more than six years with the Colorado State Public Defender, where she represented adults and juveniles charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses and tried approximately twenty cases to juries during her adult criminal-defense practice.

Lynn is not afraid to take a case to court when litigation is the right path. She prepares each matter carefully, advocates with determination, and works to pursue the strongest result available for every client. Her background in both law and social work supports a practical, client-centered approach throughout the process.
