Biography

Mitchel “Mitch” Roberge took over Peters & Roberge, P.A. as President and sole shareholder in November 2021. He also serves as the firm’s supervising attorney. His general practice serves individuals, families, and small businesses across a range of legal matters, including criminal defense, estate planning, probate, business formation, and civil litigation.

Clients often tell Mitch that he is easy to talk to and helps things make sense. He takes the time to hear their questions and explain their options, whether they are preparing for court, planning for their family, or starting a business. He wants clients to understand both his advice and the reasons behind it.

Mitch grew up in Lewiston and graduated from Lewiston High School. His family has called the city home since immigrating from Quebec in the early 1900s.

Outside the office, Mitch serves as a worship leader at Pathway Vineyard, where he plays bass and helps lead the music. He also previously represented Ward 4 on Lewiston’s Board of Assessment Review.
